Acces to private area of the book

Goodmorning,

I have bought the book "How to become a succesful trader" and scanned the QR-code in the book to get acces to the private area of this site with the videos.
I have sent the email to mailto:[email protected] with the proof of my payment.
I did not get an answer with the acces details yet.
How long does this take normally and maybe I did something wrong?
Hope someone can help me.
