Forum Charter

You agree not to publish any abusive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, shocking, threatening, aggressive, racist, sexist, revisionist, antisemitic, sexual content or any other content that may violate the laws of your country, the country where the site is hosted, or international laws. Doing so may lead to an immediate and permanent ban, with a notification to your Internet service provider if we deem it necessary. The IP addresses of all messages are recorded to help enforce these conditions. You agree that the administrators and moderators may delete, modify, move, or lock any topic when we deem it necessary.

Regarding the exercise of the right to object (article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)) by a member or former member of this forum, the exercise of this right does not systematically lead to the deletion of the entirety of internet users’ contributions once they have been anonymized. The messages posted on the forum by an internet user will therefore not be systematically deleted merely upon their request, “each message being supposed to integrate into a discussion which needs for its coherence not to be truncated”. (CNIL (French Data Protection Authority)).

It is forbidden to communicate your personal data (last name, first name, email address, home address, personal photo, telephone number… anything that could identify you) on a public forum for obvious security reasons and to comply with the GDPR. Your private data that you put online publicly can be automatically scraped by bots and can be exploited by malicious individuals (spam, intimidation, tracking, etc.). Your private data or that of other people that you post publicly will be automatically deleted by the forum filters or the moderators.

You agree that all the information you have entered will be stored in our database in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Reporting illicit content. If you believe that a forum message, a comment, or any other content published on Andlil.com is illicit, report it via the contact form, subject “Signaler un contenu” (Report content), indicating the page address, the targeted content, and the reason. Captain Trader acknowledges receipt of it, examines it diligently, and informs you of the action taken; manifestly illicit content is removed or made inaccessible. This channel is also Captain Trader’s point of contact for the authorities (European Digital Services Act, articles 11, 12, and 16).

Language of the document. This document is drafted in French; its translations are provided for your convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.
